Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you're wearing. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

What Can Be Returned or Exchanged

All products are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, with the exception of Wear Your Story sweatshirts, which are final sale. Because each Wear Your Story QR code is custom-built for one person, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on those items.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unwashed and unworn
  • Free of odor, stains, or damage
  • Returned with all original tags attached

Items that don't meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Refunds

If your return is approved, you'll receive a full refund of the product price to your original payment method. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, has a misprint, or has a production discrepancy - in which case we'll cover it.

Exchanges

Want a different size? No problem. Exchanges are $8.99, which covers the cost of shipping your item back and sending your new size out.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Reach out to us via the site contact form within 30 days of receiving your order. Once we confirm your request, our fulfillment team will send you a prepaid return label directly. From there, just drop it in the mail and we'll take care of the rest.

Production Issues

If your item arrived damaged, has a misprint, or any other production issue, please contact us right away and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
